The EX-FH25

Class leading digital cameras with truly unique features. High-Speed technologies including Casio's exclusive Pre-recording feature virtually eliminates shutter lag. The EX-FH25 features the added benefit of back illuminated CMOS technology and the added simplicity High-Speed Best Shot Continuous mode offers through automation of lag eliminating high-speed capture settings.

"Mega-zoom camera that is equipped with a set of features that is unmatched by any other consumer camera" - Steve's DIGICAMS

HIGH SPEED MOVIE

Video Capture at up to 1,000 fps

The 1,000 frame-per-second High Speed Movie capabilities of the EX-FH25 is the next evolution of digital imaging. This feature allows you to easily shoot ultra slow-motion movies at speeds that have until now been available only on professional level cameras. Imagine capturing dramatic moments that cannot be seen by the naked eye, making the invisible visible.

Settings for 210fps, 420fps and variable 30-210fps are also included with the camera. While 30-210fps is selected, you can toggle the movie recording speed between 30fps and 210fps, giving you the versatility to match recording speed to the action.

PRERECORD CS

High-speed recording of action that occurs before you press the shutter button

The EX-FH25 allows you to capture the perfect moment even if you press the button too late. With the amazing pre-record function the camera begins taking pictures before you fully press the button giving you the ability to virtually travel back in time so that you never miss the action. This function works by storing up to 40 images in a buffer on the camera. When the button is pressed the images in the buffer are saved along with your newly recorded imagery.

HIGH SPEED BURST

Up to 40 fps at full resolution

The EX-FH25 can shoot at an amazing 40 frames per second in High Speed Burst mode. This allows you to capture up to 40 images with a single press of the button. After the images have been taken you simply save one, two or all of the images to capture the perfect moment.

HIGH-DEFINITION MOVIE

DVD-quality video

The EX-FH25 lets you shoot beautiful 1280 x 720-pixel HD movies at a rate of 30 frames per second. After your video is recorded you can view it by connecting your camera directly to a Full HD TV for big screen viewing. The EX-FH25 also comes with USB cables and software that allows you to view your HD films on your computer or to burn them to a DVD.

20X OPTICAL ZOOM

Incredible zoom with digital stabilization

20X optical zoom combines with a CMOS shift stabilization for beautiful images even at high zoom factors where images are prone to blurring.

BEST SHOT CONTINUOUS

Casio's exclusive Pre-Record Mode begins recording images with a half-press of the shutter. When you're ready to capture action, press the shutter fully and High Speed Technology starts a Continuous Burst Mode that continues recording after the shutter button has been fully depressed. Now Casio combined both modes into fully automated and easy to use Best Shot scene modes. Pick your scene type and you'll never miss a shot due to shutter lag ever again!

FLASH CONTINUOUS SHOOTING

Continuous shutter even where lighting is dim

An ultra wide angle 26mm lens reaching to 520mm allows a wide range of capture options. An Ultra wide angle lens allows for capture of grand vistas, or confined interior shots with not much room to maneuver. Its 20X long zoom with anti-shake will reach out to bring subjects into full view without the need for cumbersome tripods.

FACE DETECTION

Put a better face on your images with automatic Face Detection technology. Our camera adjusts instantly for optimum focus and background even if your subject is backlit or in front of a patterned backdrop. Moving targets? No problem. The camera will capture kids and pets on the go in the e sharpest detail.

BACK ILLUMINATED CMOS

Metal wiring compromising the effectiveness of the light-sensitive area was moved to the back of the photo sensor, thus increasing the light gathering efficiency of the sensor. The result is increased light sensitivity and faster shutter speeds in low light situations, resulting in a more pleasing picture quality.
